DIY: Home remedies for dry skin

Our skin is exposed to sun light, pollution and faces environmental changes that might be cause skin dryness and irritation. Some people have dry skin because their oil gland are unable to produce sufficient oil. Let us have a look at some home remedies that helps to keep your skin moist as well as keep it healthy.

Home remedy 1:-

Ingredients that you will require:-

1 banana

1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

2 tsp pumpkin seed butter

4 tsp yogurt

Procedure: – Blend all the ingredients and make a paste. Apply this paste on skin and give gentle circular motion massage. Leave it for 20 min then wash off with water. Pumpkin puree is enriched with vitamin A, C. Vitamin A protects your skin from UV rays, and vitamin C helps to improve collagen tissue. Pumpkin seeds are enriched with fat that helps to keep your skin moist.

Home remedy 2:-

Ingredients that you will require:-

1 egg yolk

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp orange juice

Rose water

Procedure: – Mix all the ingredients nicely and make a healthy skin care paste. Apply this paste on face. Leave it for 20 min then wash off. You will get smooth, chapped free, glowing and firm skin.

Home remedy 3:-

Ingredients and you will require-

Avocado

Yogurt

Honey

Procedure: – Blend the ingredients and apply it on face as well as on body. Leave it for 20 min then wash off with water. You will get dryness free skin.

Home remedy 4:-

Ingredients and you will require-

Mango pulp

Argan oil

Sugar

Procedure: – First squeeze out mango pulp and divide it into 2 parts. In one part add sugar and in other add argan oil. First do fruit peeling, meaning apply mango-sugar mixture and remove dead cells from the skin. Rinse it and now apply mango- agran oil mixture on face. Leave it for 15 min then wash off with water. You will get glowing, smooth, nice skin and there is no need to apply additional moisturizer.
