Follow A Week Skin Care Regime

During the summer from suntan to skin pigmentation, we face all the skin problem. To get rid of these problems, follow a seven-day skin regime challenge and get flawless skin.


Day 1:-

Morning: – Take a warm washcloth then press it over the face that helps to open the skin pores. Now gently exfoliate your skin, rinse it and pat dry. Apply some good primer to reduce the appearance of large skin pores.

Evening: – Firstly, clean your face then apply papaya pulp on your face. Leave it for 10-12 minutes then rinse it. Enzymes present in papaya will give you glowing skin.

Day 2:-

Morning: – Give dry brush massage to increase the blood flow. Simply take dry brush and gently move it around your body in circular motion.

Evening: – Add a cup of Epsom salt into your bathtub and relax your body. Make sure you are hydrated before enter into the bathtub. It is good to drink a glass of water that helps to keep your body hydrated.

Day 3:-

Morning: – Cleopatra milk cleansing is perfect bath remedy. Add a liter of milk and fresh rose petals in your bathtub. Now relax in your milk bath. Lactic acid present in milk that is good to give you bright skin.

Evening: – Take some brown sugar, lemon juice and few drops of olive oil. Mix it and use it as a scrub. It helps to remove dead cells.

Day 4:-

Morning: – Take some ground coffee and apply it on your body. Give gentle circular motion massage for few minutes or after shower spray cold water on to your legs for few seconds. It is the good way to combat with cellulite.

Evening: – Take half cup blended cucumber and then add 2 tsp of yogurt. Mix it and apply it on your skin. It helps to rejuvenate your skin.

Day 5:-

Morning: – Take a loofah and move it upwards towards the heart to get the blood flow from one end to another end.

Evening: – Take a slice of cucumber and put it on your close eyelid that helps to relax your eyes. Take some honey and apply a thin layer on honey on your face. Leave it for  15 minutes then rinse it.

Day 6:-

Morning: – Take 1 tsp gram flour, yogurt, lemon juice and a milk of turmeric. Mix it and apply it on your face. Leave it for 20 minutes then rinse it.

Evening: – Take some orange juice and honey. Mix it and apply it on your face. You will get nice, glowing skin.

Day 7:-

Morning: – Take some ice-cube and give gentle massage for 2 minutes. It helps to increase blood circulation and enhance your complexion.

Evening: – Apply rose water on your face. It acts as a skin toner. You will get shiny skin.
