Skin care for Spring season


Seasonal changes brings lot of environmental changes and we have to take extra care of your body.Winter weather causes dryness, Summer weather cause tanning and dullness while spring season  is the time for skin rejuvenation.We need light moisturizer based product during Spring.

  • Eat healthy food and drink plenty of water for good health.Dry fruits nourishes your skin very well.
  • Use Natural beauty product rich with Vitamin A and also eat food rich in Vitamin A.This would help in increasing blood circulation which in turn helps in reducing wrinkles.
  • Exfoliation: Prepare homemade scrub; mix up concoction of sugar, salt, or oatmeal and apply it on skin. If you have dry skin, add honey, olive oil or milk
  • Use light moisturizer during spring season as moisture is already present in atmosphere.If you use heavy moisturizer it causes oiliness.
  • Fruit mask is a good option to nourish all skin types.
  • Facial mask preparation: Mash 1/2 banana to make a smooth paste. Mix one table spoon of honey and 2 table spoon of yogurt and stir. Apply on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Wash your face with cold water.
