Natural care for body odor



When bacteria mixes with sweat it cause bad body odor.Many people use deodorant,talcum or perfume to get rid of the unpleasant smell.Here we are sharing some tips to prevent bad body odor the natural way.


  • Clean your towel at regular interval.Always dry it under sunlight.
  • Use nice aromatic wet tissue to wipe your underarm at regular interval.This removes sweat and leaves a nice fragrance.
  • Always wear clean cotton cloth as cotton helps to absorb sweat
  • Avoid junk and spicy food because eating habit does affect your body odor.

Natural remedies to prevent bad body odor:-

  • Baking soda is a good remedy to eliminate bad odor. Wash your cloths in baking soda powder and clean your under arm with baking soda.
  • Eat lots of fruit to keep our body cool. Some fruits like papaya and pineapple have natural enzyme to reduce body odor.


  • Drink plenty of water to keep body hydrated
  • Take rose water shower to get nice fragrance


  •  After bath rinse your body with  honey and lukewarm water mixture to get relief from bad odor
  • Take apple cider vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water and clean your armpit. This helps to reduce bad body odor.
  •  Mix essential oil with water and use it as a body spray
  • Take mint water bath to get relief from bad odor
