Take Care of Your Pretty Feet

Generally, we do exfoliate and moisturize the skin on our face and feel good. However, are you doing the same for your feet? Body cream that enriched with moisturizer works well on heels and foot calluses.


Toenail fungus: – Fungus thrives in warm and moist environment such as athletic shoes or showers. Toenails infections are common in those people who sweat a lot or swim often. Dirty pedicure tools also spread the fungus infection. It is good to keep your nails clean and short. Use antiseptic foot soap or cream and try to keep your feet towel dry.

Smelly feet: – Sweating and fungal infection causes smelly feet.  Apply lemon juice on your feet and pay more attention between your toes. Leave it for 15 minutes then rinse it. Baking soda and apple cider vinegar is another good home remedy.

Steps to defeat athlete’s foot: – One way to keep it away from athlete feet is to use cotton socks and nice breathable shoes so that feet can stay dry. If you have, athlete feet then keep the infected area dry and clean.
